Zurich Insurance package for SMEs
The team and I helped Zurich Insurance to better serve the small and medium enterprises
where the business owner is also private customer with direct access to insurance policy purchase and management. We designed a new service offering business model from a customer centric perspective and on top of that we helped them to drive cultural change
in the company.
My project responsabilities: preliminary qualitative research, desk research, co-creation sessions and design thinking management, prototyping, customer journey, video concept creation, wireframing, UI library creation, User validation testing.

Delivering with clients in residence
Co-creating the research phase and prototyping the solution with ten Zurich representatives.

Introducing our persona
The research led us to three different personas. I am introducing
the persona we used to design the Service proposal and video concept.
The journey map
The Service Vision video concept
Together with the team, I inspected the journey map touchpoints and turned the most significant steps into a script and storyboard. We hired a film director to shoot the main scenes.
I worked on the post production phase to design and animate the UI components and integrate them into the film.
