Currently working Frog, a global leading agency part of Capgemini Invent,
specifically working full time with the Philips d2b healthcare team over the past
three years. My role involves shaping the strategy and design execution of
product and service touch-points for healthcare professionals throughout
the customer journey using deep qualitative and quantitative research to
drive in every phase of the design process. I've been deeply engaged in
stakeholder management and support, employing Frog's methods to
facilitate decision-making and aligning business needs with a customer-centric
focus to deliver successful experiences.
In parallel with this, I've played a key role in developing the Philips global design
system, contributing to its execution, validation, and documentation.
Previously, I spent three years at Fjord Accenture as a Service and Visual Designer.
Initially based in Dublin and later in Zurich, I collaborated with various Fjord studios
in London and Dubai, leading transformative initiatives for clients in the Healthcare
and Financial sectors, such as Roche, GSK, Novartis, Zurich Insurance, and Avaloq.
My work included extensive research, mapping user journeys, conceptualizing
service visions, developing prototypes, and emphasizing a human-centered,
service design-oriented approach.
My background in visual and brand design, combined with a holistic and business
and human driven service and product design vision, allows me to approach projects
comprehensively, ensuring high-quality outcomes. Having worked internationally
in consulting, direct client interaction in-house, with startups, and large corporations,
I consistently bring a diverse and innovative perspective to my work.
Additionally, I serve as a UX mentor to share my expertise and contribute
to the growth of others in the field.
