I am currently working at Deloitte Digital, where I collaborate full time with Eli Lilly as a UX Lead for their IBU on global digital pharma initiatives. My role focuses on shaping strategy and leading design execution across product and service touchpoints for healthcare professionals and patients throughout the end-to-end customer journey. I rely on deep qualitative and quantitative research to inform decisions at every phase of the design process, while actively supporting complex stakeholder ecosystems. Through close collaboration with global teams, I help align business objectives with a strong customer-centric vision to deliver meaningful, scalable experiences.
Previously, I spent over three years at frog, a global design and innovation agency within Capgemini Invent, working closely with the Philips Healthcare D2B team. In this role, I contributed to both strategic and executional design work, and played a key role in the development of the Philips global design system, supporting its execution, validation, and documentation at scale.
Before frog, I worked at Fjord Accenture as a Service and Visual Designer for three years, initially based in Dublin and later in Zurich. During this time, I collaborated with Fjord studios in London and Dubai, leading and contributing to transformative initiatives mainly across Healthcare sectors. Clients included Roche, GSK, Novartis. My work spanned user research, journey mapping, service vision definition, prototyping, and the delivery of human-centered, service-driven solutions.
With a background in visual and brand design, combined with a holistic, business- and human-driven approach to service and product design, I bring a comprehensive perspective to every project. Having worked across consulting, in-house environments, startups, and large global organizations, I consistently contribute a diverse, strategic, and innovative mindset.
Alongside my professional work, I also serve as a UX mentor, supporting the growth and development of designers within the field.
